Dining

ABBC_food

The food at our club has been hailed as the finest of any lodge in the Caribbean. It is a fresh mix of local seafood, traditional meat dishes and tree ripened fruits from the region.

Our breakfasts are American with some local flair and consist of cereal, eggs, bacon, ham, juices, toast and coffee. Box lunches are prepared for the fishing days and typically include sandwiches, fruits, desserts, ice water and other beverages. Varied meals served family style best described as local Caribbean / Mexican favorites. These are simple, but are tasty dishes and always ample. They include fresh meats, seafood, chicken, vegetables, fruits and delicious desserts including the famous flan and homemade pies. Bottled water is used for drinking and ice.
